Over the course of his career, which spans more than two decades, he has had the honour of winning World Cups and multiple league championships. he has always prided himself on his athleticism, leadership, and commitment to the game.

Off the field Sonny is a devout Muslim where his faith plays a central role in everything he does. It has guided him through his career and personal life, shaping the way he approaches challenges and success. Sonny is also deeply passionate about giving back and focusing on personal growth, which has allowed him to make a positive impact both in sport and in life.

He specialises in those who want to be the best by receiving the best. This is achieved by being able to fine tune his skill set and tapping into his extensive knowledge base to have the flexibility in how he delivers results to any level of athlete.

 

James specialises in functional anatomy, applied biomechanics, periodisation, program designing, performance nutrition, gut health optimisation for the general population, competition preparation & performance athletes.

As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and founder of Diet IQ, Georgia combines her extensive knowledge in clinical dietetics with a passion for sustainable dietary practices. She believes that balanced choices are the cornerstone of true health.

Georgia's practical and compassionate approach has helped numerous clients meet their nutritional goals and develop healthy relationships with food.

 

In collaboration with Sonny Bill Williams, Georgia now brings her expertise to the No Lies Approach Ramadan program, providing essential nutrition and dietetic support to participants. She is dedicated to helping everyone stay healthy and well-nourished throughout Ramadan.

  • The 30-Day Ramadan Program is designed to support individuals of all fitness levels, regardless of your goals. Whether you're looking to maintain your strength, improve endurance, or stay active while fasting, this program offers tailored workouts, expert nutrition advice, and recovery strategies that align with the unique challenges of Ramadan. With guidance from top trainers and a focus on both physical and spiritual well-being, it’s the perfect fit if you're looking for a balanced approach to fitness during this special month. If you're ready to stay committed to your goals while honoring your faith, this program is for you!

  • Any questions can be emailed to ryan@noliesapproach.com or alternatively you can ask questions in the group forum within the app. 

  • Of course, the program is aligned to everyone on their own personal journey. You are not required to train although you will still have access to a training program .

  • Your app access will finish upon completion of Ramadan. 

  • With the Ramadan program there are no personalised calories provided although we are providing you with a resource which allows you to easily calculate your personal intake targets.

  • Within the No Lies Approach App you will have access to on-demand video exercise tutorials. Each exercise has a professional tutorial video attached for easy access.
